How to Choose a Name and Popular Boxer Dog Names
A few tips before you name your first boxer dog: 1. Keep it SimpleChoose short one or two syllable names. Dogs respond better to short sharp sounding names. 2. Avoid training confusion.Don't use a name that sounds like any commonly used commands. You boxer will have a hard time learning them if their name sounds too similar. 3. Use their appearance and personality.A lot of people use their dogs coloring as inspiration when picking a name. Also any distinctive personality traits your boxer might have could give you some name ideas. 4. Use the boxer's breed history.This can be as simple as picking the name of a famous professional boxer (very popular). You can also try something in German or dutch, as that's where the boxer's roots are. You could also think about some of the jobs boxer have done. They have been hunting dogs, police dogs, and even couriers in World War II. Some Common Names: Tyson--Rocky--Holly--Sadie-Ginger--Jax--Bruno--Mac I'll be adding a lot more names here soon.
