We didn't name Cami; we adopted her from the Red Dirt Boxer Rescue in Oklahoma and they had already named her. She had been picked up by animal control and was about a year old then.
She had heart worms and the treatment was pretty rough on her but she is completely well now and is thriving. We've had her for two & a half years and just adore her.
I asked my husband to describe Cami in one word. He said "Great." Then added "Affectionate." I think she is the most loving animal I've ever had and I've had a dog since I was born; two were boxers whom I loved dearly.
Cami is so special and I tell her everyday that she is my "precious." Her sweet disposition makes her a favorite with friends and strangers, humans and dogs alike.
